These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Helpbot Studio website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided
Helpbot Studio offers done-for-you setup and subscription-based support services, including branded helpdesk creation, AI chatbot integration, and ongoing maintenance. Services are delivered under tiered subscription plans, each with defined levels of support.Free Trial
You may begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, a helpdesk setup is created for evaluation purposes. The trial includes no obligation to subscribe, and no payment is required. The seven day free trial period begins on the day that Helpbot Studio makes available for use the helpdesk setup that was created based on information provided by you.Billing & Payments
Subscription Plans: Monthly plans are billed according to the selected tier. Prices and plan details are listed on the Pricing page.
One-Time Setup Fees: A setup fee may be charged before onboarding begins. This fee is invoiced in advance and must be paid in full prior to service delivery.
Billing Start Date: Billing starts on the date you approve the completed helpdesk setup, not on the signup or trial start date.
No Refunds: All setup fees and monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, including for cancellations made before the end of a billing cycle.
Client Responsibilities
Content Accuracy: You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all helpdesk content before launch and after any updates. Helpbot Studio is not responsible for factual errors, omissions, or outdated content that may result in support issues.
Domain Management: If your plan includes use of your own domain or subdomain, you are responsible for making any required DNS or hosting changes. Helpbot Studio will provide instructions but does not perform DNS modifications on your behalf.
Use of Third-Party Tools
To deliver services, Helpbot Studio may utilize third-party tools or platforms for tasks such as chatbot hosting, helpdesk delivery, file storage, and automation. These tools are selected for quality and reliability, and only essential data is processed through them. By using Helpbot Studio, you acknowledge that limited data processing may occur via these providers.Account Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial months. Helpbot Studio reserves the right to terminate services if payment is not received, or if the account is used in violation of these Terms.Limitation of Liability
Helpbot Studio is not liable for any financial loss, operational disruption, reputational damage, or other consequences arising from: inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete helpdesk content; errors in chatbot responses or automation; delays in service delivery; improper implementation by the client. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.Intellectual Property
All helpdesk materials, branding, and chatbot configurations created for your business are yours to use upon full payment. We may retain anonymized samples or visuals for marketing or internal training unless you request otherwise in writing.Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised Terms.Contact
